While delivering a fabulous spa gift basket, Floral Expressions delivery driver attempted to make contact with my gift recipient. When the recipient didn't answer the door, they phoned the recipient and while talking to the recipient assessed that she may be in some distress, especially after she seemingly and suddenly stopped conversing, even though the line was still connected. Concerned for her well-being, the delivery driver contacted her manager who then contacted me to further check on her. When I couldn't get ahold of her either, Floral Expressions phoned emergency services to check up on her. All is well and the recipient is fine and absolutely loves the gift basket. But we're all very thankful that the Floral Expressions staff displayed the care and concern they did and went above and beyond simply making a delivery to take the decisive and immediate action they did. We won't forget and will definitely use them again.
